Description
Kiriboshi Daikon, or dried radish, is a shredded and sun-dried radish that is essential to Japanese cooking. The radish is left to naturally dry out in the winter sun for several weeks before being packaged. It has a sweet flavour that goes well as a garnish, with stir-frys and in soups and noodles.
